- Previous experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment

Hand Solders
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience with hand soldering of electronics onto circuit boards.
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions
- Shift flexibility
- Preference given to those with experience using lead-free solder
Quality Inspection
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in electronics
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an inspection role
- Strong familiarity with IPC 610 standard
- Shift flexibility
Precision SMT Soldering
- Minimum 3 years experience with precision soldering of SMT components
- Ability to solder using a microscope
- Experience using lead-free solder
- Familiarity with IPC610 standard
- Shift flexibility
SMT Machine Operators
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Electronics Industry
- Some familiarity with SMT Machines (training will be provided)
- Strong computer skills
- Strong mechanical skills
- Preference given to those with a robotics or electronics diploma.
- Shift flexibility
Mechanical Assembler
- Minimum 3 years experience in electronics
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong mechanical skills
- Shift flexibility
